Soft Sugar cookies

1/2 cup butter
1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix and add:
31/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
Roll out and cut out shapted. Bake at 325 for 10 mins.
